How Does Financing Work for Foreigners?

  • Mexicans living and working in the U.S. or Canada who want to buy property in Mexico.
  • U.S. and Canadian citizens interested in purchasing property in Mexico. You don’t need a Mexican credit history or permanent residency.

• Passport.

• Bank statements or pay stubs from the last 6 months.

• Tax return from the last fiscal year.

• Full and detailed credit report, no older than 3 months.
